After installing the drivers, the "Settings Wizard" will pop up on the screen, then you will need to perform the proposed actions. Then restart the computer and scanner for further work. At the end, a shortcut to the new equipment will be installed on the desktop.
2. Using a network scanner. After connecting the USB cable, select in the "Start" section "Control Panel" and "Network". In the "Network and Access Control Center" run "View Devices" and select the model of your device. Next, "Install" following the instructions provided. Then click on the item "Next" and "Finish".

Further, when the computer is working with a scanner, it will not be necessary to install drivers each time. You only need to connect the cable and go to the "Settings Wizard", activating the work of the connected equipment.

A large role is played by many programs for image recognition and scanning, these include: Adobe Fhotoshop, VueScan, etc. To check for compatibility of these programs with a scanning device, you must open the "File" item in the menu of each of them. Then go to the "Import" and check for a line in which the model of your equipment will be indicated.
2. When scanning the necessary documents, do not press on the cover of this device, in case it does not close. Otherwise, it can be seriously damaged. Also, handle glass with care: do not scratch, do not crush, etc.
3. If you have problems working with a scanning device that was not purchased at a store, then you must take it to a service center. The cause of the problem can be anything: the cable is loose, parts are burnt out, an error occurred while installing the drivers, etc.
4. There is also the possibility of marriage. In this case, you must contact the store where they will check the equipment for defects.

If the marriage is really detected, then in return you will receive a new scanner. If there are no factory defects, you can try installing the drivers again.
