The history of the origin of this name is associated with the clothing of ancient monks. In the 16th century, Capuchin monks wore traditionally dark clothing, and a white hood was put on top of it.   • let steam come out of the tube (this is the removal of moisture from the future foamed milk, and the cleaning of the pipe);

  • substitute the container under the tube and rotate the milk with steam;
  • if the coffee machine is equipped with a panarello nozzle, you can work with it at an angle, deflecting it slightly from the jug of milk;

Important! Do not heat the milk too much, the maximum temperature is seventy degrees. You can check the temperature of milk simply by holding a jug in your hand. Strongly heated milk gives not quite a good taste to the whole cappuccino. After whipping, in order to remove too large bubbles, it is necessary to hit the bottom of the jug with milk several times on the table, and then large bubbles will settle. The resulting foam is perfect for making cafe macchiato (coffee with milk), latte macchiato (milk with coffee), cappuccino.

There are two types of coffee machines equipped with an automatic cappuccino machine. - These are devices with a waste hose and models where the hose is made in the form of a jug into which milk is poured. The first type allows you to make coffee in two phases.

The coffee itself is prepared separately, and milk separately. Moreover, milk does not need to be poured into a separate container, but it is enough to open the bag and place the tube-hose inside and then turn on the milk supply, after pouring the coffee. Such a machine is advantageous in that it allows you to prepare not only cappuccino, but latte macchiato. First, milk is whipped and then some coffee is added and the latte macchiato is ready.

Such machines have an affordable price, but one of the drawbacks is the inability to make coffee completely automatically, since you have to rearrange the cup first under coffee, then under the supply of milk foam. In addition, it is not always possible to make the foam a uniform consistency and this depends on the degree of heating of the tube issuing steam. But at the same time, models of such coffee makers are popular for many cafes and for home use.

A cappuccino machine with a jug is easy to operate. First, pouring milk into a container can be perfectly stored in the refrigerator. Such a container has an adjustment for the density of the foam during whipping, and the shape of the jug itself is adapted for effective whipping. The desired drink is prepared in two clicks. First, espresso is set on the touch panel, and then you need to press the milk foam supply. Prices for such products are quite high, but the convenience of preparing a fragrant coffee drink at a high level.

Some types of carob coffee machines are also equipped with an integrated cappuccino machine. But still, the process of making cappuccino in such a machine takes longer. Since it is necessary to go through the entire process of preparing coffee, starting from its grinding, then pour it into a pill for a horn.

Do not deny yourself your favorite treat if there is no cappuccino machine in your coffee machine. It can be purchased separately. Cappuccinators work on the principle of a magnetic whisk or mechanical.

They are convenient to wash, they do not work loudly. In addition, a significant advantage is their price, compared with the built-in device in the coffee machine.

A capsule coffee machine prepares a cappuccino based on a dry milk extract. When preparing cappuccino in capsule machines, first use a capsule with coffee, and then with cream.

The quality of the drink still does not reach the cappuccino prepared manually or using special coffee nozzles. And the price of the final product is much more expensive, since two capsules are used.
