3. Bonding must be rigid. It is necessary to firmly press the parquet board to the base.
4. You should pre-select the varnish to cover the floorboard.
5. In the process, you may experience problems with outlets and borders. With basic knowledge of construction, it will be possible to mount the parquet without affecting these objects.

Important! Water is the main enemy of such material. High humidity will rot. But excessive dryness will also cause problems. Parquet begins to dry out and crumbles.

Installation of parquet board on plywood: step by step

The work process consists of several stages:

1. We mount parallel logs. Between the bars can not leave large gaps. Parquet board should fit snugly. If there is a small gap, we add a piece of parquet into it, cutting it off with a hacksaw.
2. Choose 3 control points. We install wedges made of wood to create a flat surface.
3. Through the wedges and bars we make holes. Self-tapping screws are inserted into them.

5. The last step is coverage. It is recommended to make a varnish surface.
